Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act

The UO has an obligation under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act to notify applicants of the university’s annual report on its campus safety and security program. To meet these obligations, hiring units are asked to include that information in the letter that acknowledges receipt of the candidate’s application and that transmits the Applicant Data Request Card.
